ARCTOS An interactive world shaped by voice, sound and choice.
Creative Direction · World Building · Generative AI · Animation · Sound
Arctos is an original interactive story world built around a simple idea: what if a story could listen back?
Northie follows a mysterious whisper through a shifting world of impossible architecture, luminous gardens and mirrored seas. But instead of arriving at a predetermined ending, the story stops and asks the audience to decide what happens next.
The concept explores how generative image, motion, voice, music and sound can work together to transform a linear children's story into an evolving experience.
THE STORY DOESN'T END. IT ASKS YOU WHERE TO GO NEXT.

BUILT FOR CHOICE
Each decision can open a new environment, character or story path—creating a world that can continue expanding rather than ending with a single film.
The audience isn't simply watching Arctos.
They're shaping it.
IDEA → WORLD → CHARACTER → IMAGE → MOTION → VOICE → SOUND → CHOICE
FROM CONCEPT TO WORLD
Arctos was developed as an experiment in AI-native creative production. Breanne established the world, characters, visual language and narrative structure, then used generative tools to move from still imagery into motion, sound and character performance.
The process required maintaining character continuity, controlling environmental consistency and directing motion across independently generated scenes—all while preserving a cohesive visual language.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Arctos is designed to continue.
A whisper can become a character.
A choice can become another world.
And every ending can become a beginning.
YOU CHOOSE.
